Turtle in the Sky

A short 3d adventure losely inspired by Studio Ghibli's "Castle in the Sky", designed for the 2023 Epic Mega Jam.

How it fits with the theme: Antiquated future to us meant "A view of the future from the perspective of the past, not necessarily our own future".  We decided to derive inspiration from Castle in the sky; a future still filled with nature, but also ancient machines.

Our game features a hovercraft that the player must repair and upgrade throughout the course of the game to leave an island. Along the way you will encounter friendly NPCs who will help you, in exchange for help, through various quests.
